How our communities work

You own the home; we own and manage the community. You’ll own your manufactured home outright, or finance it through one of our lenders, and lease the lot it sits on. Many residents also bring their own home or RV and simply lease a lot. That keeps monthly costs lower than a traditional mortgage while you still build equity in your home.

Professionally managed

Every community has an on-site or dedicated management team handling maintenance, water, sewer, and trash, so the neighborhood stays clean, safe, and well-run.
